Stuff Peppers


Vegetable are super good for your healthy and body and they can easily substitute any bad carb, this recipe is turning the all in something new, healthy, fun and superrr full of flavor.

As a cook is excited to try new recepies, so try this one you would love it.

Ingredients:

Peppers (yellow or red)
Quinoa
Ground meat ( ground chicken or turkey )
Red onions
Goat cheese
Marinara sauce ( bake tomatoes, basil, onion, olive oil , sal & pepper)


Directions:

Cook the quinoa in vegetable or chicken stock for at least 10 minutes at let it oil down, after cook the ground meat with salt, pepper and a little be of woshester sauce or soy sauce , add the red onion in small cubs.

Combine the quinoa with the meat, adding also de cheese, stuff the peppers with that , also add a little be of mozzarella cheese on top and and add the marinara sauce on the boton before baking for 30 minutes.
