This is for me a very a healthy snack, low in carbs and full of flavor , you can pair it with anything even with fish but what I did is use the endive lettuce as a cookie to eat it during my hungry moments.
Ingredients :
2 squash
3 tsp of tahini
3 lemon ( the juice )
4 garlic cloves
Sal, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
The first thing you need to do is boil or bake the squash, let the squash cool down and combine all your ingredients in the food processor and enjoy it.
